They are reliable and staff are friendly. Limited hours for drop off and pick up. Probably not a lot of play time for the dogs. It is a basic boarding facility with reasonable prices.

We have used them twice to board our dogs for 1+ week. We have had a great experience and dogs always come home in great spirits. I can understand if updates on how pets are doing can be time consuming but I do wish they at least provided a recap of how the dogs were upon pickup.

1st time visiting here and my dog loved it! Hands down the best groom he has ever had. Heidi is amazing and she did a fantastic job! Will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area.
