10/10!!!! I have a rare well set up, not normally found in our state. Glen was so knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to do the job quick and efficiently. He went out of his way to explain the pros and cons of having this system and what I can do to maintain it in the coming years! I have had this system for 19 years and NO ONE has taken the time to explain it to me. Glen is meticulous, reliable, knowledgeable, hard working and incredibly resourceful! July 2024: Woke up to no running water from the well. Glen was at my house within two hours of my phone call. He did a temporary fix and got my water running for the weekend and came back a few days later to do the whole job. Price was reasonable for what needed to be done, Glen was professional, patiently answered my questions to my satisfaction, and did a thorough clean up of the site. Highly recommend him!
We've been using the new water softener system Maglothin installed for about a month. We moved into a house and found the water softener had not been used for years. Since Glen lives in the same area, he's very familiar with the Waterford
Twp water system. He was up front with exactly want we needed and what we should not waste money on. I appreciated the honest, straightforward conversation. He and Doug were informative and friendly and didn't try to upsell us as some other companies tried to do.
