I like how fair and honest these guys are. Typical fee for coming out to assess everything and then putting it towards the repair if you go with them. That's how it should be, I find them to be fairly priced and reasonable. Very communicative and I like that they send a picture so you know who the heck is coming into your home. Have used them for my family several times and will continue to as long as outstanding service is rendered
