Very easy to set up an appointment. We are updating the bath for my elderly mother. When Jeffrey arrived he let us explain what we want done, and then he went on to explain in detail how we can make my mom’s shower area safer. He brought samples and was able to pull up on his computer what the new shower will look like. Jeffrey answered many many questions from my mother. We never felt rushed.Now had called to get quotes from a few companies -but HANSONS was the only company that picked up right away and gave me an appointment exactly when it fit MY schedule. We had new windows installed in 2018 on our entire home and have been very pleased. We purchased another home in 2023 and hoped we could use Hanson's again but was unable to financially meet their price. The salesman, Thomas Browning was punctual, polite, and responsive to our needs and tried to accommodate our price point. He was very professional and never once pushy and that was very refreshing.
