Kincaid's did a great job for our family! I'm fairly new to Fenton, and while not a 1st-time home-owner, I've never lived in a home (with septic system)! Kyle did a superior job not only servicing my home's very OLD system, but respectfully educating/advising at the same time. He's knowledgeable, personable, and professional. After leaving my home, he serviced my son&DIL's home with a NEWER system in Swartz Creek! Rachel was equally professional and helpful! Highly recommend Kincaid's!
I highly recommend Kincaid Septic Services. They have the best customers service, very friendly and highly skilled. They are available on the weekends which was awesome. I am new to having a septic system they were able to answer my questions and explain the process to me. The entire experience was fantastic, from the moment they returned my call to giving me a complete breakdown of all costs involved in emptying the tank. If you are looking for a reputable company Kincaid is the company for you. You will not be disappointed.
He solved our septic emergency today, and they were the only company who would come out the same day our tank clogged. He spent extra time diagnosing and fixing our problem, including removing a section of pipe that was built against code and had gotten clogged. Fast, professional, friendly, and affordable.
