I absolutely love this Dojo! My son started in 2017 and now my whole family trains here. The Dojo is beautiful and filled with good people. The energy is unmatched. It is a complete honor to be in such close contact with Grand Master Adams, he is such an inspiration. I thought Martial Arts would be too complex for me to even think about learning but the black belts here are amazing at meeting you where you are and getting you to where you need to be. I have seen all ages welcomed here... You are never too old start your journey

This dojo is great but it’s the people here who are truly amazing! So generous with their time and knowledge and they create a unique environment I haven’t found anywhere else. I started over 28 years ago, moved away, then moved back and the instructors don’t look like they’ve even aged! Feeling lucky to have discovered Southfield Martial Arts.

Great place to learn self defense, respect for self and others and honor. Good for the entire family. Excel as fast or slow as you want, however it depends on your dedication. My son was a little too young when I tried him... I'll wait a couple more years and then we're back away it.
