Oh wow I just called there to get an email to this company and this lady who picked up this phone really needs a wake call on how to speak with people. I have never ever been so disrespected ever in life! This woman needs a new job because if she is that way on the phone about a email think about how she is treating your love ones. If this place was open for walk ins I would walk in to tell her to her face that she is a very mean person who needs a new job cleaning trash up not dealing with calls nor dealing with people's love one! Just rude i can't say it enough just rude! Do not do business with them

This place is UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE FULLEST. I tired to do an employment verification and the young girl that answered the phone was very very VERY VERY rude and disrespectful. Just be prepared to not be treated like a customer. Also if this nursing home have employees with messed up attitudes like that. I would not allow them to take care of my loves ones.

Receptionist had a very nasty disposition, unprofessionalism at it's best. If an employee doesn't know something you don't have to try and belittle because you feel as though they work for YOU, I will pray for her though she definitely needs customer service training ? God Bless her!
