I must say I was not sure of the outcome, considering I just googled and decided to give it a try. My experience with bathed by glamour was the best and deserves 5 stars. I met Lisa, the owner, and she was very professional when explaining the different hair available during the one-on-one meeting, making sure I understood what I was going to purchase. She was also very detailed and professional during the installation. She made sure I understood aftercare when I went home. Aaliyah did a great job as well with the hair wash. She was very gentle.
