My appointment on 1/5/26 I had so much anxiety and Mindy and Sue were absolutely amazing! Mindy explained all the confusing insurance stuff to me and helped me understand all the forms I had to fill out. Never once became frustrated with me showed such professionalism and kindness. Sue made my check out process so easy and when I left I understood everything I had to do Dr Balogh and Amanda made me so comfortable and actually spent time explaining things to me. Thank you to them all for the great experience!

Extremely rude staff members at this location who complain and belittle other health care providers. I do not recommend seeing anyone at this practice with their professionalism and lack of medical knowledge if you want to be seen.

Dr. Carney and team are great -- first time I have stuck with a PCP provider beyond the first visit in 15 years. She listens, has care for patient point of view and has helped me navigate needed referrals (resulting in other awesome providers being added to my care team)

I don’t use urgent cares often but this IHA in south Lyon is a gem! From the front desk to the medical assistant and the NP that saw my child. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. My child got great care and the experience was a good one for everyone. This kind of care is hard to find. I would definitely come back.

Went to the ER last night 3/7/24 due to facial numbness and tingling. Since their system wouldn’t even allow me to schedule an office visit b/c of my symptoms. No answers at the ER, they couldn’t do an MRI unless I stayed overnight. I said I’d follow up with my doctors office in the morning to get a referral for MRI to rule out a stroke. Called South lyon office at 8:05am got put on a wait list to talk to a nurse. Called back after 2 hours b/c no one has called. Now on hour 3.5 hours with no call back and still have the same symptoms.

This was my first experience going to this place in South Lyon. I’m 35 and I was nervous to go only for the fact I had neglected my health for the past 5 years and knew I needed to start addressing it. I really didn’t know where to start. I saw Dr. Lauren Carney and she was excellent. She spent more time than I would have ever expected with me. I felt she genuinely listened to my concerns and showed no judgment. I left with multiple things addressed and so much guidance of where to start to get the ball rolling. I have more confidence of taking control of my health and felt so good I took that first step. Her assistant was very friendly and helpful too.
