In 10/23, our house had a roof leak requiring remediation in a bedroom. After several rounds of roof repair attempts, we finally had success in stopping the water intrusion and moved toward remediation and rebuilding. However, the holidays caused a scheduling bottle neck for various remediation contractors. Finally in 1/24, we were referred by Tony Datillio at Summit Construction to Mark Zemko from SideJobz LLC for the rebuild (the best referral we could've asked for!) Mark Z subsequently referred us to Watermark for the needed remediation work. Mark helped us with water damage repair after a dishwasher leak. He was very helpful, timely, knowledgeable and resourceful. We were so impressed with Mark that at the same we used him to paint in our new home. Mark is trustworthy and incredibly kind, would not hesitate to use him for any job!

I hired Mark of Side Jobz to remodel a condo I bought locally and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. He orchestrated all aspects of the project and was in contact with me throughout.
