The staff and receptionists are very helpful and efficient. Dr Prameela Patel is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She gives you all the tools to get healthy and maintain a healthy life style. Very personable. I have my lab work done there and they never miss and don't hurt. I will continue with this practice.

I am shocked by the poor reviews. I see Dr. Hall at the Chesterfield office. He's knowledgeable, personable and thorough. I've never had to wait long. His staff is also very professional.

I have been a patient here since 2004. Dr. Crandall has been my PCP for over 20 years. She is the kindest physician and truly cares about her patients. She is also extremely knowledgeable and a very skilled PCP. I am very grateful to have such a great doctor. I have been able to get same day appointment 99% of the time, which is unheard of in most practices. The practice as a whole has grown quite a bit and has had some growing pains. The office staff is very nice and professional, except for one lady at the checkout desk at the Sterling heights location. She needs to retire or start acting more professional and friendlier.
