Lilly and Ally at the front desk are absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful! They assisted me on the phone over the course of two days regarding a flea situation w/ my dog, Lexie, and she's not even a patient under their care! Long story short, Lexie's regular vet from another practice was unavailable and I called Companion Animal Care needing advice and guidance about fleas. Lilly and Ally were incredibly compassionate, willing to help and went above and beyond in a time of need. I can't thank them enough for the time and energy they invested as well as the reassurance and knowledge they gave me! If the rest of the staff at Companion are even half as wonderful as Lilly and Ally than you won't go wrong making an appointment for your pet there!

Took my 13 yr old cat here, they were absolutely wonderful with him! He was losing weight and not eating. Turns out, his back teeth needed to be removed. They took great care of him and he’s home, eating small meals. Pricing was reasonable, care was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Mr Ziggy has been passed around a lot in the last couple of years. I adopted Ziggy a few weeks ago and he has his first visit today with a local vet in our area. I obtained a copy of Ziggy’s vaccinations through a previous owner and called Companion today to see if they could help me obtain his records from the original owners for his vet visit. I wish I could remember who I spoke to because she was absolutely amazing! She told me because of privacy she would not be able to give me the records. However, she was willing to reach out to the original owner herself to see if they were ok with me taking ownership of Ziggy and his records. In literally less than 30 minutes she was able to come in contact with them and give me his entire chart! I know Ziggy is going to enjoy is well overdue grooming appointment today and his visit with his new vet! If we lived closer I would continue to have him be seen at Companion because of the wonderful service I received today. Unfortunately we are in the Lansing area and that’s a hike.

THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE! They lie about prices and charge you for things you never asked for and don’t even give an itemized receipt! They are crooks! I always called and ask the price for things and they straight up lie to get you in there just to tell you it’s actually TRIPLE THE COST! On top of that! You can’t even go in the back to see if they are actually doing the service they claimed they did. I’ve taken my pet home after seeing them 3 times and my pet still wasn’t treated right! They should be ashamed of themselves and they need to be closed and out of business for the sake of the community.

Dr. Wayne sees my big itchy boy ( dog) who has constant yeast problems with his skin. Each and every time we go there he is amazing with my doggo. Very reasonably priced while still providing great care for animals.

Took our stray here to check for microchip and do a couple tests on him. Staff was so inviting and friendly, took great care of him and answered all our questions. Very cheap exam compared to surrounding places. Loved it here!! Thank you!!
