Tony was great. He is friendly, energetic, and gets the carpets clean. We had dog accidents I tried to clean myself but could not. Tony cleaned them and the rest of the carpets. No more smell or stain. We had another accident the day after and he came back out the next day and took care of it!

I’ve used 1st Choice two times and have been very pleased with the work. Some of the stains I didn’t have a high expectation for them to be removed, but he worked on them until they were gone. Great customer service and fair priced.

I have been using 1st choice for over 30 years. This week I had the unfortunate incident of spilling a hot cup of coffee with cream on my white carpet. I called first choice and explained my “emergency “. Tro, the owner, assured me that he would come out that day and he did. He cleaned the carpet and used new technology. When he finished it was so much better. He stated that the stain would continue to dissipate over 24 hours and it did. Not only is he kind and professional like is dad, he was reassuring he would do his best to clean my 1 year old carpet. A great company run by a great guy. This company will always be my “First Choice”
