Five stars plus to Wahl-Roehm Heating & Cooling ! Yesterday evening, with outside temps about 7 degrees, my furnace suddenly stopped heating. Wahl-Roehm had installed my furnace/ac about 18 months ago, so naturally I phoned their after hours number expecting no answer until the next business day. To my surprise, Steve (from Wahl-Roehm) called back within 5 minutes. He was stuck at an all night job & couldn't come out, but he walked me through the steps to not only diagnose the problem but fix it as well. Day after Christmas and heat goes out at my mom's house. Emergency call in the morning, repair was done in the afternoon. Really a lifesaver to keep my mom warm in her home. Would highly recommend.

They truly saved the day for us! Another company came out and completely messed up our boiler, but Steve was able to come the same day and fix our fuel oil system. With an infant at home, we couldn’t be without heat, and he made sure everything was working again quickly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and got the job done right. We’ll definitely be recommending him to anyone who still uses fuel oil!
