Amazing. He is finishing up a kitchen remodel which snowballed into dining room, living room and bathroom. Extremely detailed orientated and doesn't take short cuts just to get the job done. If you believe a job worth doing is worth doing right then this is the team for you. He listens and communicates very well. When i had questions or concerns they were all handled professionally.. Very patient because we all know things change when you get rolling. Prompt and keeps a very organized work site which was critical for me being I had to function in the home. I couldn't be happier with the work Eric and his crew completed for an additional room in our basement. Not only were they professional, but the Eric is very knowledgeable about the materials, installation procedures, and time frame required to complete a successful home improvement project. They framed, insulated, and hung drywall (including the ceiling) in just 24 hours, all because they knew we had a deadline to meet for move in. I'm in the construction field as a Project Coordinator myself, and I know quality work when I see it. I'd highly recommend Affordable Remodeling & Home Improvements both personally and professionally!
