My husband and I recently purchased our first home and it needed the sewer lines to be flushed. Pilot was fantastic to work with. Easy to schedule, incredibly communicative, and did a wonderful job leaving us with confidence and security. The hot Italian was a nice bonus to look at too ?
Pilot Mechanical Heating and Cooling is the absolute best! This is a local family owned business that really cares and goes the extra mile. We’ve purchased a new furnace from them a few years back and now a new AC unit this month. Both installs were a wonderful experience. The technicians are all knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Customer service is above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with this company, the employees and the owner! 10 out of 10. Would never go anywhere else.
I just had the pleasure of having 2 very impressive, young men do the installation of a new air conditioner in my home. Jaylin S., was the lead technician and Landen D., was the assistant. It is wonderful to see such polite, young men entering the trades for a career. HVAC is a great occupation and with proper education and training it can be very lucrative. They did the job very efficiently and safely. I handled worker's compensation claims for the IBEW for over 10 years and know the risk exposure for injuries.
