Leader Rob and his colleague Joseph arrived at 9am promised, and complete by noon. New Bryant high efficiency furnace with special fabbed ducting. Everything worked perfect the first time.
Financing and pricing were fair. Wait time from sales to install was 6 days . They cleaned up behind themselves and covered the floors.
What a great experience, pilot knocked it out of the park!!!

They always listened to my concerns and responded with knowledge of the situation.

Rob and Joe were right on time and went straight to work. They worked without a break for eight hours ( not sure they even stopped to breathe). The installation is exactly on the money ( and the price was fair, too!). John and I highly recommend Pilot Mechanical for all your HVAC needs. The office staff is also terrific! Always very personable and informative when I called! Thank you Wendy!
