Unfortunately, although their service is great, their third party booking service Vagaro stole our credit card card information. Would be very cautious using this vendor again or only pay in person.

This was my first massage so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleased with the experience. Maria was very professional and made me feel completely at ease. The staff at Willow is friendly and informative.

I got a signature facial and it was so rushed feeling. The esthetician quickly went through each motion and seemed to get inpatient with me throughout. She adjusted my head probably ten times and was so forceful each time. All of that lead to not my best facial ever but the real reason I'm giving this two stars is she was rude. As I laid down she asked if she could pluck a hair out of my mole above my lip, I said of course! Then she went on to say "good, because that was the first thing I noticed when I looked at you." Such a shame I won't be going back because the actual office was very peaceful and serene.
