The Reason This Review Should Have Been a 5:
I found a puddle of water on my crawl-space floor near where the pipe to the septic tank exits. So, I called Horton Plumbing, Etc. The next day, Eric & Sam came out and spent over half a day ($800) looking for the source. The immediate source was a clogged and undersized trap for the water softener; however, they also found that the pipeline to the septic tank was broken. The latter finding explained why I had had stoppages that had to be power rodded four times in the last four years. They said that the line had to replaced and that they would replace the trap at the same time. They would put in an estimate right... read full review

Jason and Ethan came out ASAP to assist me with a sewer line that was clogged. In an hour they fixed the problem (that another plumber didn’t want to/couldn’t deal with), cleaned up and were on their way.
These guys were so kind, and pleasant, helping me with an awful situation and making me feel so much better without stress. 500/5 stars.

I called Horton with a last-minute service issue and they got Sean out to the job site very quickly and he did a fantastic job! We have some other projects to be worked on very soon, and I will absolutely call Horton plumbing and request Sean in the future!
