I cannot say enough about the service I received from the team at Sheren. My 30+ year old boiler quit just before Christmas. The team at Sheren went above and beyond to replace the boiler so that I could have my family visit for Christmas. They worked on the weekend. They called in help from their Traverse City office. We were warm and cozy for the holidays. I am so grateful.

Best company for plumbing and heating home needs. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. This is for projects you don’t have time or knowledge to complete yourself, essential work and emergencies. We’ve had them come out a few times and always get the job done right the first time. We’ve had our heat go out on a Saturday with temps in the teens; they came out and fixed our issue within 3 hours. Two other times with little issues with our heater and water heater - both fixed the same day. Recently, we just had to have our water heater replaced. I had a plumbing emergency at midnight. My boiler mate blew out and my basement was flooding. They were here within a half hour and set an appointment within a reasonable time to do a complete replacement. I definitely recommend this company. Very professional service.
