I started using Ballard's last year and am really pleased with their service. The tech they sent to my home, Jason, is professional and knowledgeable. They are fast to respond and stand by their work. I would not hesitate to use them for HVAC or plumbing needs.
I’ve been using a company for 15 years and was told by the owner my 8 year old furnace was junk after he put $2k in electrical boards on it and couldn’t get it to work. I called Rhonda at Ballards and Jason came out and found the wiring all messed up. Furnace works great now after 10 years of fly by nights working on it. Don’t waste your time and money call Ballards.
From the sweet lady answering the phone, to the gentleman giving me the quote, to the owner who actually does service calls when needed ( I’m intentionally leaving out their names for privacy) this business is absolutely, positively 5+ stars in my book. Thank you for everything! If it wasn’t for the advertising card I received in the mail, I wouldn’t have called for a quote. You all were incredible!
