I met with Jamie at Alternative Hair center. It was a very positive and pleasant experience. We had a private room which was very nice. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable during the process of buying a wig. Jamie is very knowledgeable about the process of choosing one that is just right. Her sense of humor and compassion made this process enjoyable. Spent some time with Jamie today and picked out the perfect wig for my mother. Jamie explained each option, and patiently helped her try on wigs. We left the shop with a very nice wig and a happy customer! Thank you for explaining everything and helping my mom make a choice. 5 ⭐️ experience!

We found AHC after I did a quick google search and let me tell you it like finding a oasis in the desert. My grandma who is 84 has been struggling with continued hair loss with her aging and it was excellerated with her undergoing a major heart operation and a new set of medications. We struggle for years with getting her "cheap" wigs that didn't fit right and made he scalp dry and itchy-- they did not look natural for her at all. She was getting disappointed since all she wanted was to get "done up" each morning to run her errands and have visitors.
We booked our appointment with Jamie on a Friday afternoon, they were able to get us in the next day. From the time she took my phone call, to the follow up text, and when we opened that door the next day this process has been the most wonderful experience. As Jamie told us, hair loss (for whatever reason you are dealing with) is a deeply emotional process to go through.
She helped us try on many wig styles that day, talked us through the differences of each kind and the benefits of each kind. We had a lot of laughs as we reminisced on the years of struggling with bad wigs and a great time with our consult hour. We found one that my grandma loved in a color that was very similar to her natural color.
It took 1 week for the piece to be ready and we got to pick up 7 days after our initial visit. It was exactly what we wanted. My grandma loved the wig!
Jaime and the owner (I believe her name was Karen) were amazing through the entire process.
Karen stopped by the front desk to check in with us the first visit and also to see us with the final product.
The entire experience was wonderful. They helped accommodate my elderly grandma and made her feel so comfortable. We are so grateful for a wig that looks so natural and is comfortable for my grandma.

The entire staff was super friendly and very helpful. The receptionist at the front desk helped my mom find the exact chemo caps she was amazing!! Although my mom decided she wasn’t quite ready for a wig she still helped us just the same. The salon is beautiful and we loved the fact that you had private room to try on caps and wigs! We will definitely be back! So if you’re going through chemo or any kind of hair loss this is definitely the place you want to go! This is a special place with special people! Thanks again!!
