Walt! Thank you so much. My son and grandson were visiting today and placed my grandfather's beautifully restored and cleaned rug in my bedroom. It's probably nearly 100 years old but looks brand new. Thank you again.

Ahmed at the Novi store is a master to restore artist of fine rugs! He will also tell you if your rugs do not need to be cleaned. Simply the best

We bought two rugs there and everything went fine as I recall. But the two times that I have called there to ask about getting our rugs cleaned were unpleasant conversations. Both times, different people each time, they were short and were rude with me, and got loud. They were also both aggravated that I didn’t know what info they use to store our account under.
I am not sure what their work culture is like there but I am starting to feel like they are either overworked or this might start in upper management and is passed down to the employees below. I really dislike how these conversations went and will see if there are any other rug cleaners in the area so I don’t have to deal with phone calls like these again.
