i originally had a 1 star review due to a bad customer service experience at this establishment. their response to my review was very understanding and i did feel truly understood by whoever replied to my review, so thank you for that. they offered me a free fill as compensation for the previous terrible experience, which i accepted and most definitely went back expecting to give them their 5-star review back. the tech who did my nails was very nice, took her time with my nails and genuinely seemed to put care into her work, which i can also really appreciate. i also really like my nails, there is no denying they are beautiful. the only reason i am doing 4 stars is because... read full review
My first and second visits, salon very impressive. Clean, well designed, great customer service. Just moved in area, salon aesthetics meet and exceed expectations. Will return, the technician Kimmie was very pleasant and informative.
Best service and nail work I've ever had! Van was super patient with me and my daughters, and she's incredibly good and delicate at what she does. I'm definitely coming back!
