Doctors are great, stuff is very friendly but the billing department is terrible. We got a bill 9 months after service, completely overpriced and with no willingness to discuss these bills. They don’t even read the messages, just standard answers that doesnt fit to the question asked. Also I got one annual physical exam as virtual, doctor scheduled it that way. Again the billing department: could not bill it as preventative service due to in-house policy. Except my annuals i won’t do anything here, simply because the doctor is great.

Love the new triage nurses/professionals. I receive great care from the doctors here. Well organized. Appointments are started within 5 to 10 minutes of scheduled time. I appreciate all the specialists available in Northville and Ann Arbor to provide care.

I am moving to the area and called to make an appointment. I waited on hold for 20 minutes (which is fine, I understand that they're busy) but once someone got to the phone, the first thing I was asked was, "patient name and date of birth"... I stated that I was a new patient, and I was immediately hung up on. Frustrating...
