It's hard to find someone who knows about a knight lochinvar system walking through the door... in my city anyhow. Mark knows his boilers! This is the second time he has worked his magic on my boiler over a few years time. I don't have to sit and listen to him call tech support asking for assistance, he comes in the door, obviously with years of knowledge, straight to the system and fixes it. I talked to him on the phone before he arrived, he knew what the problem was before he got here. If you want your boiler fixed right, the first time, this is your guy! Thanks Mark!
