Quick response. They did a great job cleaning my basement after a burst water pipe caused a flood. Everyone, from my first phone call until the work was completed was very polite and professional. I highly recommend them. A+ all the way around.

My experience is the technician came in did the job I couldn't do which was great but being there less than 20 minutes and $315 just to unstop my shower drainage oh well I guess it was worth it because I couldn't do it.

When we originally hired Servpro we assumed the company was from our Milwaukee/Waukesha area. Once I spoke to Brittany in the Servpro office I realized that the Servpro franchise my wife and I were working with that came to perform the water damage restoration services came from the Michigan area. That was not a problem because Brittany communicated thoroughly with us answered all questions as if she was from our area. We had a water damage problem that we needed remedied as soon as possible.
