Dr Spencer is a gifted/talented Neurosurgeon. He cares about his patients and has high standards for himself and practice. He takes the time to teach his patients what is going on with their spine and healthy solutions. He takes time to answer questions. I first had surgery by him- while he served in the Army at Brooke Army Medical Center as Chief of Neurosurgery.

Dr. Spencer is a GREAT doctor! He performed neck surgery on me and was able to alleviate 2 pinched nerves in my neck and the entire process was very smooth and easy and he takes the time to inform you of the entire process. He is very personable too and easy to talk to. I would ALWAYS recommend him if you need any neck or back surgery done!

Truly I had heard bad things about him, but after meeting him, he was so nice and he was absolutely amazing during my surgery. I was so scared and my anxiety was through the roof. But his bed side manner was great and he walked me through the process and what was wrong with my back. If I ever need any further surgery I will 1000% go to him.
