Vibe was amazing at the yoga class! The instructor had a lot of knowledge and was great at walking me through every move. She made my first class very enjoyable and can’t wait to go back for my next class.

The meditation was amazing! I usually struggle staying focused; however Lois led the way into a very relaxed state. I also purchased a necklace from the gift shop; the prices are so affordable for anyone! I will definitely be back! Thank You so much, for this amazing opportunity Lois; I will sleep well tonight!
