Aiden and Martin came out quickly to fix a leaking gas pipe in my home in Chesterfield. Semco came first as I smelled gas in a room on the first floor. They informed me they HAD to shut the gas off at the meter as a 1” pipe was leaking at a coupler in the basement. I called Airworks and they promptly came out and had the pipe needed to repair the leak! (Called Great Dane first and they didn’t have the tools or pipe needed and would have to come back another day). Airworks was done in less than an hour and Martin explained everything to me and showed me what they replaced. It was cold at night so having them come quickly was a blessing.
when I woke up this morning i could tell my A/C was not working properly in my house. The thermostat was set to 72 but it was 75 in the house. I called and spoke to John at Air Works at first he told me it might take a couple days to come out which I was expecting do to the extremely hot weather we've been having lately. But he called me back a few minutes later and said he was able to get someone to come in and answer the phones so was going to come out himself and check my A/C. He came out figured out the problem and got it fixed. Thank you John for the excellent customer service I greatly appreciate it! Extremely professional and responsive. We called in the morning after our AC went out, and they made time to fit us in that very afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in no time. Grateful for the fast, reliable service—highly recommend!
