Families are treated with respect and compassion. The staff were so helpful in making our experience the easiest it could be by taking care of many details so we could have more time to reflect on our loved one's memories.
I did a memorial service for a church member who used this funeral home. While I was only in communication via telephone, they were very informative as to what was expected and helpful in giving me instructions as to where the actual service was being held, as it was a complex location with many rules. They also graciously offered to drive me to the distant locale.
Knowledgeable, personable, and seemed just like a favorite uncle or grandfather. I feel good about pre-planning for my mom's funeral. Mom gets exactly what she wants and makes all the decisions. I recommend Ware Smith Woolever.
