I did a memorial service for a church member who used this funeral home. While I was only in communication via telephone, they were very informative as to what was expected and helpful in giving me instructions as to where the actual service was being held, as it was a complex location with many rules. They also graciously offered to drive me to the distant locale.
Knowledgeable, personable, and seemed just like a favorite uncle or grandfather. I feel good about pre-planning for my mom's funeral. Mom gets exactly what she wants and makes all the decisions. I recommend Ware Smith Woolever.
Mike and the rest of the team were absolutely the most amazing people ever. We lost of mom very suddenly and they guided and helped us through everything. Their compassion and understanding went beyond just a professional level, they truly care for each and every family. I would 1000% reccomend them to everyone.
