Overall, I’m very happy with Jessica and Co.! This is my first time going and I booked a nail appt.. The appt. went very smoothly and Andrea was very delightful and personable to work with. She is patient and all of her work is done with so much detail. Her nails were spot on with what I wanted and I definitely will be back!

I’ve been here twice, and each time I felt extremely uncomfortable and judged by the staff. For example, I came in for an appointment and instead of being greeted, I was just asked very coldly by a hair stylist, “What are you here for?” the staff just looked at me like judgmental mean girls. It threw me off and made me very anxious the entire time I was there. They do well at their services, but the vibe is just not it.

I have been coming to Jessica and co for about 6 months now, I always see Diana, she’s a great stylist and offers suggestions and asks what I’m thinking. She takes great care in the work she’s doing and is always friendly.
I’ve had full highlights done, full color and every time not a single detail is missed. And she offers to style my natural curls for me too.
10/10 love coming here and the service I receive. Thank you Jessica and thank you Diana for exceptional service every time.

I had a haircut appointment with Diana the other day. I am very happy with my haircut and loved how quick and to the point she was. She asked what I wanted, I let her know and showed her a picture, and she got right to it. Turned out exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be coming back :)

My 14 year old daughter wanted to try a new salon. Jessica & Co is cute and had appointments available with Diana. Unfortunately, what should have been a great experience was a disaster. My daughter asked for a trim to get rid of her dead ends. Diana didn't clarify how much to take off and did not take nearly enough off. Trim to one person is different to another - please clarify in the future so you don't have disappointed customers. She also didn't follow up to ensure it was enough. I've always been asked if that looks good or go shorter. She did not talk to my daughter at all. She didn't ask any questions or engage in any conversation. My daughter is young, pretty and fun and would have been a long time customer if the experience was different. She got in the car in tears after her haircut that she was so looking forward to!

Yesterday, I had a haircut appointment at 1pm with Diana. I called I was ten minutes late due to a Dr. Appointment going late. I had a bad experience. Diana had a bad attitude and she would not talk to me, and when she was straightening my hair and then blowing drying it, she was hurting me when I was brushing my hair she hurt my ear and I just didn’t like the attitude either. Not to mention I just realized this morning my hair is uneven
