I had a wonderful experience at Onyx Urgent Care & Primary Care. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The front desk made check-in quick and stress-free, and I was seen in a timely manner.

The provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and that level of attention truly makes a difference.

I would just like to thank this clinic for taking such good care of us lastnight.
My daughter had an ear infection, we walked in cold from the snow (mother with two young kids) the staff were so friendly and prompt. We had basically zero wait time when we walked in, we were in and out within 30-40 minutes. The friendly receptionist helped give information for a 24/hour pharmacy since our original one was closed and she also took all the pressure off when she quickly helped with the paperwork, The nurse was kind and helped calm my daughter down with me. I’ve been here a couple times and it’s been great. I’ve seen Andrew and Danielle and they both had good bedside manner and were helpful. All of the nurses and front desk people are very kind.
