I am super grateful for meeting Ivy and she has been amazing with my dog, Zorro. Having bad grooming experiences in the past ( where my pet was anxious) a friend recommended me to Ivy and this has been the best call for us. She was so warm and took care of Zorro and gave us tips to handle him at home as he is still a puppy. Definitely going to come to this place for future baths and grooms.

Abby has been River and Toby’s personal groomer for almost a year. She is extremely skilled, personable and conscientious. I’m always totally pleased with the awesome job she does on both of them. River and Toby also say, “Thank You Ms. Abby??.”

I took my cat here today for the first time and the service was exceptional. My cat is very happy and looks wonderful. We will definitely be going to Special Touch Pet Salon again in the future!
