Let me start off by saying I am admittedly neurotic about my babies. One is special needs with seizures and all three absolutely HATE going to the groomer. So when I bring my girls somewhere I have a lot of requests for special care. This was my first time here and was very happy. Their groomer (I wish I would’ve got her name) was very patient and attentive to my requests and their needs. She even called to give me an update and let me know they were doing great! I would’ve been happy with that even if they came out looking crazy, but they all looked amazing! They did a great job and I will most definitely be coming back! We are so grateful to have finally found the best dog grooming salon for our puppy, Dexter, our Bichon Frise! Anyone who owns a Bichon knows how hard it is to find a groomer who truly knows how to cut and style this breed properly.
Dexter was a little anxious at first, but we were told he was so sweet and well-behaved during his grooming. He even let Ivy brush his teeth, something he usually doesn’t let us do at home!
After a previous grooming experience at another salon where Dexter was shaved too close and his ears were cut and left bloody, this visit with Ivy was such a relief. It’s not easy to find a groomer... read full review

I am super grateful for meeting Ivy and she has been amazing with my dog, Zorro. Having bad grooming experiences in the past ( where my pet was anxious) a friend recommended me to Ivy and this has been the best call for us. She was so warm and took care of Zorro and gave us tips to handle him at home as he is still a puppy. Definitely going to come to this place for future baths and grooms.
