First time customer and won’t be returning. Took brand new shirt out of package to be pressed and it came home with stain. I took it back and asked if they would try to remove the stain and they tried to tell me it was a food stain or machine stain. It was not there before as I had my son try it on before I even took it. Anyhow, after quite a bit of back and forth, I said how much to try to remove stain and they said $10. But then said no guarantee that it could be removed - generally poor customer service. I owned my own small business and would just suck it up and try for the customer - not try to argue. What’s the worse that could happen? The stain doesn’t come out but now you’ve lost a customer.

Took some Girl Scouts patches in for stitching — they did a great job, very clean and professional work. It was about $38, which felt a little pricey for such a small alteration, but the quality was solid. I’ll likely bring in some clothing next time and hope for a slightly better price. Overall, great craftsmanship and friendly service!

Neon Village Dry Cleaners damaged my suit during dry cleaning. I had 3 significant indents in my jacket that looked like chemical burns. I returned with the suit and they attempted to fix it by pressing the jacket. One indent still remained. They did not offer to compensate me for the damage. I will never return to the business. Beware of handing over your expense clothes !!!

Great service. They contacted me pointing out that there was a small hole in my dress pants, which I was not aware of. They patched it up and it looks great.

Need dry cleaning done? Well, you'd better take our a home-equity loan if you plan to go here on a regular basis. Their prices are insanely out of line. Won't be back.
