I am a patient at the Livonia location. The Dr's are good, however I had a horrible experience at the front desk with a staff member. An older woman with crows feet, wrinkles, dry brittle hair and glasses, was extremely unprofessional over a billing issue. In a lobby full of people she yelled out that I had an outstanding co-pay and balance and asked multiple times in front of everyone for me to pay . Not only did she yell this so that everyone waiting could hear, she yells out the amounts owed. This is a ongoing and private matter with my auto insurance who is responsible for making payments. I did not appreciate it at all, and immediately let her know her actions were unprofessional. No apology or anything. Instead the other staff member at the desk apologized called me back and attempted to rectify the situation. The other woman..way to old to be so tactless, and ignorant and is not a good representation for this office.

The ladies in the front were exceptional. I came in and explained my dilemma, and almost immediately one women was using her lunch break to make phone calls to another facility on my behalf, while Kaisa the office manager was out sitting next to me in the lobby discussing all sorts of different options with me! I'd give this place 10 stars if google allowed it.

The staff at Michigan Sports & Spine Center was so very helpful and attentive to my needs at my appointment. The whole stafff was amazing!!!

Came into this office in horrible pain, I have had two appointments of PT and already feel 60% better. Super friendly staff and make you feel comfortable ! 10/10 would recommend

The entire staff is amazing. The front office is knowledgeable, professional and caring. I never feel like a number; I am treated as a valued individual and truly feel appreciated. The entire medical staff brings a wealth of experience to your treatment. They really listen to what you have to say, which seems to be a rarity, these days. They take their time to understand your symptoms and arrive at the correct diagnosis, which speeds your recovery. There is also a top notch physical therapy department, on site, making the recovery process convenient and efficacious. Thus there is no delay, in communication, between doctors and therapists. I am thankful for the almost instantaneous feedback loop. There is never any worry about team members having the latest treatment updates. All these factors ensure you receive the best treatment and have the best recovery times.

If I can give zero stars for the front desk staff, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience with them today.
I called them back in December to schedule a nerve test that was ordered by my orthopedic doctor.
They requested the referral to be sent over to them. I had the appointment scheduled. For some reason, I had to reschedule this appointment. So, the front desk lady rescheduled it for me.
Yesterday she called me again to confirm the appointment.
So, I had to take two hours off from my work and drive for 25 min only to be told that Dr. Pierce was not there and he won't be back into the office until 3/16.
I had no idea why she didn't double check the reason for the appointment.
Anyway, I had to leave the office extremely frustrated.
I will reach out to Dr. Pierce personally to explain what happened in detail and how careless his front desk people were.

Dr. Jeff Pierce, D.O. is a superstar doctor who treats regular patients with the same level of care and expertise as he does for pro athletes. He’s very busy, and sometimes the wait can be long, but it’s definitely worth it. He takes the time to quickly pinpoint the source of pain using advanced equipment like ultrasound and nerve tests. I’ve always recommended Dr. Pierce to anyone who has severe pain.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Faith Moore at Michigan Sport and Spine. She truly has the Midas touch, making every session effective and beneficial. Faith genuinely cares about job safety and took the time to understand my unique needs. She’s incredibly flexible with scheduling, ensuring that my therapy fits seamlessly into my busy life. I wholeheartedly recommend Faith Moore to anyone in need of top-notch physical therapy.

I was referred to Dr. Dobritt by a physical therapist. I have had several procedures to alleviate both my cervical and lumbar spinal pain. Dr. Dobritt is the consummate pro when it comes to addressing deep-rooted pain. He’s well-versed in all of the latest pain-abatement techniques and exudes an air of confidence, which is exactly what you want in someone injecting around the structures of your spine. Rojin Teodoro is Dr. Dobritt’s P.A. Never before have I encountered a more knowledgeable, caring and qualified physician’s assistant. I have had treatment by other physicians, who knew less than Rojin. Together they make an impressive pain-fighting duo. They are also respectful of patients’ time. They get you in, take care of you and get you out! No endless waiting. As an attorney specializing in personal injury litigation over four decades, I encountered more doctors in a year than most people do in a lifetime, so I have a pretty good idea who the good ones are. Look no further. You’ve found a great pain management team at Michigan Sports & Spine Center!

Dr. Dobritt and Rojin are very knowledgeable, thorough and take time explaining different procedures to help with pain. I recommend Michigan Sports and Spine Center.
