Ingrid and Hazel were amazing and did such great work! I am from Seattle but was in town to be a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding. I had a terrible experience at my local tailor, and I ended up with a dress that was too tight and no time to fix it. When I went with my friend to pick up her dress and I explained the situation, Hazel was quick to say they could help me fix it. In just a day in a half, she was able to salvage the dress for a fraction of the price I paid back in Seattle. Words can not describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for Hazel and the staff at Ideal Bridal. I came in with a very complicated situation- I bought my dress years ago and life kept happening, leading to delays of the wedding and in the meantime, weight gain. I reached out to hazel just a month before my wedding and she assured me she would help me figure out what to do and my goodness did she deliver.
