I cannot say enough great things about this dermatologist’s office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They are incredibly personable and actually remember your name, which makes such a difference and shows how much they truly care about their patients.
The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your treatment plan.
My fiancé and I both go here, and we’ve had such positive experiences every time. I am beyond happy to have found a place where I feel comfortable continuing my skincare journey for the rest of my life. Highly, highly recommend!

Very friendly, quick appt, short time in waiting area and in room. They explained everything they were going to do before they did anything. They will call with results negative or pos. I like this so your not wondering if they forgot to call when it's a neg. find. I am very happy with this clinic and staff, glad my Dr. recommended them. I would definely give them a 10 and recommend them to others.

I had a fantastic experience at Beacon Skin Livonia in December! Going to a medical appointment is never fun, but the staff made it worthwhile. The front desk was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The PA’s assistant (Lexi?) was attentive, fast, efficient, and knew exactly how to support the PA. The PA Nadeline was just spectacular. I had a list of things to discuss and we took care of each and every one of them. Nadeline knew exactly what each skin condition was and how to treat it. She gave me some prescriptions to resolve my many issues, and also gave me good advice on how to handle them. I never write reviews, but just had to since my visit was so great!
