My PT Haley aka Hal has been life changing. Not only does she provide high level service but she takes the time to explain the “why” behind every exercise and activity that she assigns for me.

I work for Ascension and this place is a joke I first called back in Jan., to set something up and was told that she needed to speak to the physical therapist that work there and she would get back to me in a few days , well 7 weeks later I finally received a call back and they just expected me to be available for them well honestly it does not work that way! I have limited availability, I am working 2 jobs so when this was discussed she stated well I look into this and get back to you now a few weeks later they call back I have made plans for the 2 days that they offered I am sorry I did not expect them to call and expect me to drop everything so I politely asked the lady on the phone if I could push those day one week and was told NO we don't hold spots that long, WOW is all I can say. I hope no one else experience what I have and still no Physical Therapy.

Nurse and NP were extremely friendly in their walk in appointment area for work physicals. The wait time was minimal. Not many places that you see everyone smiling while working anymore.
