I had such a great experience here! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made both me and my dog feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The veterinarian took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. It’s such a relief finding a vet I can trust with my fur baby. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care!

My dog was in a lot of pain from a broken nail, and a family member referred me to Animal Care Hospital in Livonia. I couldn’t be more grateful for our experience with Dr. Fakhruldin and his staff! It’s obvious they are passionate about helping animals and making sure affordable care is available for loving pet parents. If you’re looking for a forever vet, you have to give them a call!

I called and got a same day appointment for my Hemingway Cat, Sushi. She had a bump on her paw that I was concerned about. Dr. Mo and Marie (manager) took great care of my sweet girl, reassured me that it was just part of her having extra toes, and they were really understanding that she does best with less is more and she really likes her treats!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The “manager” Marie is rude, fake and disgusting. She laughs in your face if you ask her a question like you are bothering her. Also they have a policy where you don’t go into the room with your baby. Absolutely not. And the family is not allowed to be in during a euthanasia. Disgusting policy. You call yourself an animal lover, shame on this place. Junk

I recently started bringing my two cats in for vaccines & neuter and I’ve never been more satisfied from how well this clinic is. From the staff, Marie to the veterinarian moe. They’ve been nothing but helpful, understanding, & extremely reassuring. Highly recommend this hospital for all animals! Amazing experience, thank you again!

I cannot say enough good things about this vet. I do not live in the area but i will absolutely make the drive for now on. I was going to my previous vet, which has unfortunately gone down hill in certain aspects, after 4 vet visits with three different vets, no one could figure out what was wrong with my dog. At one point, they wanted to do a super expensive ct 3,000 or surgery 1,500. And this was not even a guarantee solution something told me to reach out for a second opinion. BOY, I'm glad I did Dr. M and all his staff at Livonia animal care saved my dog. We were told by the other vet that his heart was bad and he was put on Heart medications after testing at this location his heart was healthy. We were also told that his trachea was bad and they wanted to do surgery. We were told so many different things. Turns out he had pneumonia i truly believe that this doctor saved my dog's life, and me a lot more money we have since then, decided that this will now be our future vet. And our family and friends also. Leo says thank you🐶

This clinic provides outstanding service. Dr. Moe and his staff were excellent. My dog received excellent care, and I will definitely be returning. They were extremely professional and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. I highly recommend them.
