Called at 3pm on Sunday 7/6/25, by 4:30 Andrew was here. Diagnosed the problem, he did a temporary fix until new part arrives. AC is back up and running by 5pm. Extremely happy with the response time and Andrew explained everything thoroughly. 5 stars for Andrew and Kapala Heating & Cooling
This is a great company. They were able to troubleshoot my boiler repair and offered timely service. My boiler needed special order parts, and they were able to locate them with no issues. Highly recommend.
Andrew was able to check out our issue the same day. He was knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. He tested our hvac unit and gave suggestions and recommendations on best practices going forward. He said he would provide quotes on different unit replacements and then part replacements. 100% recommend this company.
UPDATE: we had to follow up two times for part replacement quote. I was told around 11am that it would be sent right over-didn’t receive it until after 3pm. Had someone out on Tuesday to quote an entire unit replacement and I’m following up on Thursday for pricing.
