Tony came out to quote for a new air conditioner and really listened to my concerns about just replacing the air conditioner compressor and air handler as I never felt comfortable even when I would set the a/c to 60. We decided on a complete redesign of the system, new larger ducts, more ducts, and more returns. While it did cost more than just replacing the existing unit it was still much less than other companies quoted. Tony even came out the 1st day with the installers to do a quick run through with us to ensure we all understood the scope and end goal of the project. Calling after 4:00 p.m. because air conditioner quit; I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant receptionist. After answering a few questions, I was told Greg would call me. Within 5 minutes, Greg called and made arrangements to come to the home within an hour. He showed up went to work and fixed the problem. A very knowledgeable and polite young man. I would recommend Kapala to anyone!! No one will be disappointed!
Kapala heating and cooling has been diligent in following up to schedule our maintenance visits and promptly arrived at promised date and time. Our technician Greg was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, able to make repairs as needed same day. Kapala is a solid company that will maintain our heating, air conditioning and on demand hot water heater which gives us peace of mind.
