After having my right knee replaced for the second time, I was very happy with everyone at the Robinson Rd. ORS. From the ladies at the front desk, to the therapy assistants, and physical therapists, I was treated with kindness and compassion and always felt like they truly cared for me as an individual. I will definitely use their services again if the need arises. Thank you all again.

Can't recommend ORS enough if you're in the need for physical therapy. I completey ruptured/tore my hamstring and required surgery and several months of PT as a result. From day 1 of PT I felt comfortable and had an excellent experience with ORS. Jake was my primary PT throughout the process, and as a former athlete like myself, he really designed my regimen around my main goal which was getting back on the basketball court. I worked with a handful of other PTs at the Holt location as well (shoutout to Mike C.) and they were just as helpful. I had sporadic low back pain for the past 25 years. When the pain flared up, it limited my mobility. ORS helped me understand what my injury was (an inflamed joint and muscle) and how to strengthen the muscles around the problem area. Now the surrounding muscles are strong enough to support the inflamed area. I can now do activities that would give me a week's worth of pain and disablement without the resulting pain. ORS tailored an exercise routine for me to do at home. They supplied me with resistance bands. These allow me to do exercises anywhere...even when I'm traveling. The staff at ORS was friendly, encouraging, and helpful. I felt spoiled.
