The emergency fee charges are extremely high and they do service you did NOT ask for and end up with hundreds of dollars bill ...you will not accept in the first place if you were explained. They shouldn't decide how much you should spend at their office. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Victoria Monte Practice Manager HAS NO SOUL.
Dr. McPherson and her staff got my dog in quickly for a broken nail that was causing her great pain and accommodated her diva status. Everyone was so kind to her (and to us!) I would highly recommend.
Got there almost a half an hour before my appointment. the staff was great and took me in earlier than expected. the assistants and vets were very nice and took care of my cat in a timely fashion. this is a great place to take your pet and not too costly.👍
