I was had Yellowjackets and honey bee infestation. I called him and he responded and came out in the same day. Very professional, good communication. I would highly recommend Bug busters to anyone in the Kalamazoo area with any pest problem. He even sprayed my whole house at the base and at the soffit and around windows.
