Our furnace went out in single digit weather in the early morning hours on a Saturday. Aire Care was closed for regular business but when I called the emergency line at 8am someone answered right away. The guy sold us the parts we needed and met us not only once that day, but twice when we needed more parts, and he gave them to us with no money down and offered to mail us an invoice for the cost of the parts. Our furnace is back up and running and our house is warm again!

I was a damsel in distress. Furnace stopped in very cold weather on a Saturday. A man came Sunday morning. He got it going, but said I needed a new furnace. He was not sure if what he did would work very long. Thankfully it did work until Tuesday evening and they installed my new furnace on Wednesday morning. So this damsel in distress is very happy. We requested a service from Aire Care to fix an issue with our heating system. Given the urgency of the situation, they responded quickly and came over promptly. They were professional, responsible, and resolved the issue efficiently at a reasonable cost. We’re very happy with their service and will definitely contact them again.
