The customer service here is top tier. They really care about their clientele, and I am so grateful of how helpful they were in getting a bouquet of flowers to my mother for her birthday for me.

Our team was in need of a gift for a long-time coworker (and dear friend) who was moving on to a new opportunity; unfortunately she lives in a somewhat remote area, so getting some good, local gifts seemed like it was going to be a bit of a challenge. We didn't want to go with something that would merely drop-ship in a generic brown box and big chain gift cards just didn't fit this occasion - so we reached out to Heather's Blossom Shop to see if they could help. Wanting something different, Amy took the time to help, when I was turned away by another florist. Heather built the most perfect arrangement that was so beautiful, (pure talent). Thank you for the extra effort, for trying something without saying no, ALOHA : )
