    This is a really great thrift store. Lots of interesting, unique finds, especially among the home decor. I was also really impressed by the inventory of assorted glassware and vases. Overall the store was about 50/50 knick-knacks and clothes. PLEASE stop here before going to a big box store for decor!

    This place is a real treasure. I've always been disappointed in the lack of decent thrift stores in town since our local Value World closed, and Joy Thrift elegantly fills that void. Classy, great prices, very organized and extremely friendly. Could not recommend enough.

    This is a much needed Hamtramck shop. The inventory is always changing, the prices are great, and the products are in good condition. I am thrilled that this is a part of down town ham town!

We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit thrift store located in Hamtramck, MI. After we pay expenses, all our profits go to support our work in the community. We accept in-kind donations at our store with limited pickup availability. We are volunteer-based and always looking for committed people to join our fun community.
