I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. They performed a thorough inspection on my 2011 Fusion and got me back on my way in reasonable time. Trustworthy and hard-working. Look for their coupon in Val-Pak for a great deal!
Great customer service, quick turnaround time without appointment. Had a punctured tire that they fixed, then it happened again and they took care of it a 2nd time with no charge and no questions asked. Other auto shops don't compare to the quick and easy experience with Pointe Park Auto.
Stopped in because I was having brak problems they pulled it in right away to take a look at it. Service writer tooled me I needed front pads and rotors he gave me a fair price I told him to fix it. They called a few hours later said it was done fast service good work nice place to deal with.Service: Brakes
