I started having carpal tunnel issues in both arms recently and am trying every preventative measure… I booked an appointment with Alyssa and have been very happy with the results! After the first session, the pain and numbness was almost gone. I appreciate her expertise and calming nature.

First time there I had Alyssa. Very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. She hit all the right spots and then some. I have been to others in the area and Healthy Balance Bodyworks by far the best. I will be back.
