Home improvement projects are not my favorite. Some are better than others, but in our case we needed a new roof. And new electrical. And insulation. And it all needed to be done at the same time. This was not my favorite.
Managing a project like this, as a homeowner, is daunting. Drew came to my rescue in a huge way. Not only was he thorough and helpful and amazing with his insulation part of the project, he co-managed basically the entire project with me. It was so important to him that everything go smoothly for our project. Their team came out were able to complete a ventilation and insulation project promptly in a single day. They were extremely polite to my wife and I. They were also able to accommodate a last minute change to the project. We really appreciate their efforts and already noticed a difference in our home's temperature after they left. We're very excited to keep the house cool and not always feeling like we need to run the AC. We look forward to the winter energy savings as well. Can't wait to see how this lowers our energy bills. I am a first-time homeowner and was up against a roofing, ventilation, and insulation issue that I could not figure out the solution to. Drew at VerWys Home Improvement then came out and offered me something that few other contractors would - free advice and consultation with no expectation of compensation. When his first solution (spray foam) was still to costly for me, we talked more and landed on dense-packed cellulose in the slopes of my ceiling, and 12 inches cellulose in the kneewall attic flat.
