We had Mountaineer replace our entire kitchen drain line 2.5 years ago. While initially we were satisfied with the service, we are now having to replace the line completely again due to the lack of fall/improper decline. It’s very disappointing considering it cost us several thousand dollars.
Edited to add- after having multiple plumbers look at our issue we have learned that it wasn’t even done to code.

Excellent plumber, Andrew. He is veery professional and fix the problem with my new shower head. Explained everything to me. I was overly satisfied with what he done. I will always have mountaineer plumbing come to my condo.

The guys that showed up were on time and very helpful about the work we wanted done. I would've loved to have them do the work, but their quote for the job we wanted done was more than double the quotes that we received from other plumbers. Great guys, but very pricey.

We needed our toilet fixed and the office got someone to come in on the day we called. Chris was very punctual and installed a new toilet for us. He also took a look at our place and gave us some quotes of other work that we would like to have done. Great service!
